Pricing Components

Capital Component: Scales with project value and management utilization. Small teams on large projects pay proportionally less until reaching 15+ management seats.

Seats: Uses diminishing returns scaling - each additional seat costs slightly more, but increases get progressively smaller to prevent cost explosion at scale.

Field Assets: Fixed at $1.99/month per user for predictable scaling of field workers and data contributing temporary assets.

Annual Platform Fee: $99/year for platform access, plus $49.99/year per external organization if not self-billing.

About Field Assets

Field Assets refer to all temporary resources deployed on-site that contribute data to the system but do not form part of the permanent works (as distinguished from "Plant" under FIDIC contracts). Each Field Asset is billed at a fixed rate for data tracking and monitoring, with no software login access required.

This includes:

  • Personnel (laborers, operators, supervisors clocking in/out via turnstiles, badges, or mobile check-ins)
  • Mobile equipment (cranes, excavators, loaders, trucks)
  • Vehicles (site vehicles, delivery trucks, service vans)
  • Tools and smaller equipment (generators, compressors, portable machinery)
  • Any other trackable items used in the construction process
