Our model aligns costs with your project's value and management complexity. Instead of arbitrary user limits or feature tiers, you pay based on actual value and usage.
Small Project
1 manager, 5 standard users
Mid-Size Project
8 managers, 25 standard users
Enterprise Project
25 managers, 100 standard users
Pricing Components
Capital Component: Scales with project value and management utilization. Small teams on large projects pay proportionally less until reaching 15+ management seats.
Management Seats: Uses diminishing returns scaling - each additional seat costs slightly more, but increases get progressively smaller to prevent cost explosion at scale.
Standard Seats: Fixed at $1.99/month per user for predictable scaling of field workers and standard users.
Annual Platform Fee: $99/year for platform access, plus $49.99/year per external organization if not self-billing.
